Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year.

- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for composite components (layup, vacuum bagging, curing).
- Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard hours.
- Support production by troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive defect reduction initiatives.
- Implement and monitor process controls, including SPC where applicable.
- Support new product introduction and process development for composite parts.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure process compliance.
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and operations teams to meet production goals.
