Job Title:
Open Grid OMS Support Consultant
Location:
Santa Ana, CA 92705 - Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months
Pay range: $40hr - $44/hr on W2
Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise in support of its OMS implementation (Open Grid Network, formerly known as PragmaUP/PragmaLINE)
- Scope of remote support services provided would include
- Assist with system logic, processes, and data particularly as it relates to OMS-related projects, customer communications, and operational activities
- Contribute to the upcoming DB and Server OS upgrades. This would involve tasks such as OMS configuration, testing and other hands‑on support
- Electrical Utility Outage Management Application maintenance experience with back‑office support
- Experience with Open Grid Network, formerly known as PragmaUP/PragmaLINE, SQL database, python, windows server maintenance and operational support
