Permanent / Direct Hire

Support project delivery to the satisfaction of the clients

Perform projects strategically and aggressively so that projects and tasks are successfully completed in a logical and timely manner

Perform a variety of engineering tasks as required by management and the clients

Prepare accurate and quality work products

Take ownership of projects

Provide excellent client service by constantly demonstrating responsiveness and service orientation to the client's needs

Always communicate effectively with clients, staff, project team members, and public agencies on all issues

Work oriented towards results

Take steps in professional development, progressing towards getting professionally licensed

Know or can quickly learn how to model projects in 3D

Education – Bachelor's Degree, Civil Engineering preferred

Civil/Structural Engineering – 2 to 4 years for Engineer II; at least of Engineering design for Engineer III

License/Certification – Engineer-In-Training (EIT)

Computer Proficiency – MS Office, CADD/AutoCAD Civil 3D, Structural Analysis (for Engineer III)

Communication – Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills
