Job Title
Pay Rate: $59.00 per hour
Location:
Santa Ana, CA
- Drive project execution through planning, resource management, scope management, tracking, and identifying risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with multifunctional project team members and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute projects and programs as per defined expectations.
- Supervise and coordinate activities with contractors and service providers for specialized tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
- Plan and oversee facility alterations or modifications.
- Participate in change management and order process, including pricing, processing, and assessing cost and schedule impact.
- Maintain and perform project document control and procedures, including coordinating RFI/RFQs, shop drawing and submittal process, and maintaining as-built drawings.
- Ensure facility operations adhere to local regulations, building codes, and health/safety standards.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment by implementing a culture of zero accidents, including prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance, and application of rules.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum five years of experience supporting facilities and manufacturing startup, maintenance, or engineering function.
- Minimum two years of experience executing infrastructure or facility improvement projects.

- No relocation benefit is offered for this position; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.
- Knowledge of industrial machine installations with electrical, air, and site preparation.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering from an accredited institution.
- Understanding of infrastructure projects, equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, safety, and environment standards.
- Ability to apply basic engineering/problem-solving principles to construction challenges.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal operational systems, with a strong ability to embrace new technology.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Design Software (CAD) and engineering tool knowledge and skills.
