Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking an innovative HVAC Project Manager for Orange County, CA. You will oversee mechanical piping projects, procure subs and equipment, and maintain close client contact to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements include 5-10+ years of HVAC/MEPM experience, BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a PE license. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Blue Beam, Quickpen, Excel, MS Project, and Navisworks is expected. Local OC candidates preferred.
