- Responsible for all bike patrol equipment.
- Reports all violations of policies & procedures by any personnel of this department and any other casino personnel, to their immediate supervisor.
- Responsible for the reporting and handling of all incidents occurring on the property.
- Ensures the facilities perimeter is secure including building and storage areas.
- Ensures the safety and well-being of the public and employees while on the outer perimeter of the establishment.
- This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and enjoyable environment.
- Communicates information to other supervisory personnel regarding all incidents on the outer perimeter.
- Responsible for remaining within the boundaries of the Santa Ana Star Casino property.
Other duties as assigned or required
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- The ability to communicate and correspond clearly and effectively.
- The ability to conduct such emergency action to safeguard both the facility and/or any person while on perimeter duty.
- Able to pass 90 working day probation in this position.
- The ability to pass a physical agility test and 1.5 mile run in the required time limits.
- The ability to pass a bike patrol training course.
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program.
- All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission key gaming license.
