Data Analyst
We are seeking a Finance Master Data Analyst to support the expansion of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) as part of the Finance & Actuarial transformation program and broader Oracle ERP/EPM ecosystem.
This role is not a system administrator or developer
. Instead, it is a business‑focused analyst role responsible for gathering, documenting, and translating complex finance and reporting requirements into clear, actionable specifications that can be implemented by technology partners and enterprise teams.
The role will play a critical part in enabling scalable governance, consistent workflows, and timely turnaround for master data changes across multiple dimensions (e.g., Account, Entity, Treaty, Cost Center).
- Partner closely with:
- Enterprise Finance Systems (EFS)
- Accounting Policy and Reporting teams
- FP&A / Planning stakeholders
- PL Re business and operations team
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Finance Systems Analyst
- Strong experience working with Finance, Accounting, or Reporting teams
- Demonstrated ability to document complex business processes and workflows
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts (accounts, entities, hierarchies, reference data)
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Strong written communication skills-able to produce clear, structured documentation
- Exposure to EDM, DRM, or similar master data governance tools
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM / FCCS / Planning / ARCS environments (conceptual understanding is sufficient)
- Experience supporting USGAAP/IFRS reporting environments
- Prior experience working in large‑scale finance transformations or ERP/EPM programs
