Senior Accounting Manager

Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager. This position is onsite located in Orange County, CA.

• Salary: $150,000 - $160,000

• Oversee day-to-day treasury and cash management operations to ensure strong liquidity and minimize financial risk.
• Manage cash forecasting, cash flow analysis, and overall capital structure reporting.
• Maintain and enhance cash management processes and related financial systems.
• Support debt management activities, including refinancing, repayment decisions, and equity-related transactions.
• Lead preparation of financial and management reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Oversee stock-based compensation administration and reporting.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial partners, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies and covenants.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury operations and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Supervise and develop accounting and treasury staff through mentoring and performance management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CTP preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in treasury, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong understanding of cash management, debt management, and financial risk mitigation.
• Skilled in financial modeling, analysis, and treasury systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
