The VP, Finance Systems & Solutions is a key member of the Accounting Controllership organization responsible for supporting and continuously improving financial systems and reporting capabilities, including Black Line, Oracle ERP, and related applications. The role partners with Accounting and Finance teams to enhance processes through effective use of accounting technology, data analytics, and automation solutions to drive operational efficiency and enrich reporting quality.

This role is centered on driving process optimization within the accounting and finance functions through thoughtful automation, enhanced reporting, and effective use of accounting technology. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with practical systems experience and leverages data and emerging AI‑enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and increase operational efficiency. Systems administration and platform support are key components of the role, ensuring financial applications operate reliably and continuing to evolve alongside business needs.

This position partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, IT, Operations, and Internal Audit to ensure systems operate effectively, controls are maintained, and reporting needs are met.

• Lead the ownership, configuration, and administration of the bank’s Black Line financial systems platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with accounting and reporting requirements.
• Lead Black Line platform lifecycle activities including patch testing, release management, feature evaluation, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as the primary Controllership subject matter expert for financial systems, including Oracle Fusion General Ledger, partnering with enterprise IT to ensure proper configuration, testing, and new feature evaluation and adoption.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration logic, data flows, dependencies, and administration procedures.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external and internal audit related to financial systems under ownership, including walkthroughs, testing support, and evidence production.
