THE OPPORTUNITY

Responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of loan and collateral processes within the Collateral Team which includes conducting thorough second reviews of collateral releases, amendment and terminations. May also be responsible for managing workflow and actively participating in team projects and taking on cross functional roles to support broader team objectives. Responsible for managing and monitoring collateral associated with loans originated and serviced by the bank throughout their entire lifecycle, this role encompasses a range of duties.

It involves safeguarding original loan documentation to maintain compliance and integrity, and ensuring that all collateral remains in good standing, particularly with regard to Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) requirements. The position also includes reporting any tax delinquencies tied to collateralized loans, identifying loans eligible for pledging from a collateral documentation perspective, and ensuring the timely and accurate release of collateral when appropriate.

Additionally, the role requires handling and responding to subpoena requests as well as conducting general collateral research and addressing related inquiries. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
