THE OPPORTUNITY
Responsible for handling a variety of operational functions such as reviewing audit reports and participating in special projects. Responsible for reviewing and completing various operational and core system changes related to depository products, interest rate changes, fees waivers and charges to ensure the quality and client experience is kept at a high level. Performs client data integrity maintenance, verifying that client data is within the Banks specifications.
Helps to ensure internal controls, policies, and mechanisms comply with standard industry practices, regulatory guidelines, and senior management’s recommendations and/or directions. Performs all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Completes Product Changes, Fee Waivers, CD Renewals, and Rate Adjusters validating proper approval.
- Participates in all required Compliance training, either online or in house.
- Review and correct any account or product specification errors.

- Complete Audit Reviews for different processes through-out Bank Operations
