Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Finance Manager to join a growing finance organization. This individual will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, providing financial planning, forecasting, commercial analytics, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate is an exceptional financial modeler with advanced Excel skills who enjoys translating data into actionable business insights in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, pricing analyses, and operational planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and executive presentations.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate business performance and provide actionable financial recommendations.
• Partner closely with the Sales organization by developing sales analytics, customer profitability reporting, pricing analyses, revenue trends, sales forecasting, commission analytics, and other commercial finance insights that drive profitable growth.
• Perform customer, product, and channel profitability analyses to identify opportunities for margin improvement.
• Support capital planning, cash flow forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Commercial, and R&D teams to improve financial visibility and business performance.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial processes through technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Present financial analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor junior finance team members and promote best practices in financial planning and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, including:
• Advanced formulas
• Power Query
• Scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience with in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or broader life sciences industry.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for financial modeling, forecasting, predictive analytics, reporting automation, or decision support.
• Experience with Net Suite ERP.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.

• Produces highly accurate forecasts and meaningful financial insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Develops scalable financial models and reporting that improve business performance.
• Provides the Sales organization with timely commercial analytics that improve revenue quality, pricing decisions, and customer profitability.
• Leverages AI and technology to improve reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities.
• Serves as a trusted business partner across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
