We are currently seeking an EMT Program Director to join our team. The Program Director will direct the curriculum and instruction of the EMT Program at US Colleges, acting as a liaison to other departments to market to and enroll prospective EMT students through training and information sharing.

Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Management — ensure compliance with evolving EMS laws and California EMS directives, updating curriculum as needed.
  • Instructor Acquisition, Evaluation & Scheduling — recruit qualified instructors, manage scheduling to fit availability, and evaluate instructor performance and student progress.
  • Lead Instructor — serve as Lead Instructor with license on file with the applicable County and lead most class sessions.
  • Marketing/Admissions Support — provide training and support to marketing and admissions to improve lead quality and ensure appropriate outreach to prospective students interested in becoming EMTs.
  • Branch Campus Management — work with the Director of Education to establish and approve EMT programs at additional campuses, ensuring alignment with local governing bodies.
Qualifications
  • Paramedic with NREMT certification at minimum, or
  • Physician, Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or a Paramedic licensed in California, with two (2) years of academic or clinical emergency medicine or prehospital care experience in the last five (5) years.
