Responsibilities
Implement a strategic outreach plan to drive business growth and increase market share.Manage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agencies.Ensure compliance with all Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance billing regulations, policies, and procedures.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and changes.Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.Regularly report on outreach efforts, business development results, and market trends.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in relationship management, Medicaid, HIPAA, insurance billing, and/or business development.Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.In-depth knowledge of Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance billing regulations and procedures.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Willingness to travel as needed.Interested in hearing more?
