Our Client, based in Santa Ana, CA, is looking for a talented Medical Device Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are interested in working in a robust healthcare market encompassing neighboring cities such as Anaheim, Irvine, and Costa Mesa. The role involves selling medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

It requires a unique blend of sales acumen, understanding of medical terminology, and knowledge of healthcare regulations. The successful candidate will have the experience and skills necessary to navigate complex healthcare sales cycles and hospital procurement processes.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A proven track record of success in medical device sales
• Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical procedures, and healthcare regulations
• Experience navigating complex healthcare sales cycles and understanding hospital procurement processes
• Experience with value analysis committees, clinical evaluations, and OR protocol
• Comfort with clinical training and supporting live procedures
• Strong relationships with healthcare providers and procurement teams

The Medical Device Sales Representative will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to target potential customers
• Present and demonstrate the value of our client’s products to prospective buyers
• Facilitate the procurement process by working closely with hospital procurement teams
• Maintain an understanding of clinical evaluations and adhere to OR protocols
• Provide clinical training and support live procedures
• Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers

Our Client offers a competitive salary range between $80,183 and $115,183 per year, along with an attractive benefits package. The exact salary will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
