Building Block Resolutions (B ) is a fast-growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism in home and school settings using evidence-based, compassionate care.

This is an entry-level position, and we provide full training—but this is not an easy job. It is emotionally and physically demanding, requires consistency, and is best suited for individuals who are resilient, motivated, and eager to grow in a clinical environment.

• 40 hours of PAID online training
• Up to $1,200 in yearly bonuses (earned monthly—no need to wait all year)

• Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
• Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity

• Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
