Overview
DaVita is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) to lead an outpatient clinic. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care while managing clinic operations, finances, and personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Patients come first – build strong relationships, set clinical goals, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, mentoring and inspiring a cross‑functional team.
- Financial Management – oversee clinic budgets, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Operate clinic autonomously while receiving support from the director, regional peers, and company resources.
- Promote and model company culture and values, rewarding team members for shared ideals.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and resolve employee and patient concerns, aligning with regional goals and standards.
- Ensure the clinic is available during scheduled operating hours and responds promptly to patient needs.
- Collaborate daily with clinical and financial teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage a supportive, collaborative team that thrives in a positive environment.

- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. - At least one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military, or equivalent renal experience (e.g., nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN).
- Current Registered Nurse license if required by state regulation.
- Current CPR certification (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Intermediate computer skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A collaborative mindset; ability to work closely with clinical and financial teams.
- Other qualifications may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President.
