- Treatment Planning
:
Plan and deliver specialized therapy techniques through individual or group sessions to meet the goals outlined in the Individual Education Plans (IEP). Provide therapy to children aged 0 to 22 with various medical diagnoses, including orthopedic impairments and developmental disorders. - Consultation & Instruction
:
Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate therapy into classroom-based activities. Partner with a Physical Therapist to discuss and refine treatment plans, ensuring supervision and alignment with therapeutic goals. Engage with parents to incorporate their child’s therapy program into daily routines. - Data Collection & Documentation
:
Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all student therapy sessions and progress. - Time Off Management for Full-Time School Employees
:
Employees are encouraged to schedule their time off during school breaks. Time off requests will be reviewed and approved by the supervisor to ensure minimal disruption to normal operations.
Qualifications:
- Licensure
:
Current Physical Therapy Assistant License in the state where services are delivered. - Background Check
:
Department of Justice/FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance). - TB Clearance

Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes. - Activity
:

Salary Range$40-$45
$500 for referring Behavioral Aides, Instructional Assistants, Behavior Technicians, and Drivers.
$1,500 for referring professional roles such as Mental Health Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Special Education Teachers and more.
