The Senior Care Manager ensures that all open positions for new and existing clients are filled. This occurs through effective staffing, scheduling and care management of client needs and requests. They will help identify the right employees to work with each client and will work to schedule, coordinate and aid in staffing and scheduling of Care To Stay Home caregivers.
What You’ll Do- Assigned a caseload to supervise and oversee
- Staffing open cases for your caseload and overload from other Care Managers
- Continually evaluate and implement new methods to streamline the process of staffing and scheduling employees while ensuring the highest level of accuracy and customer service for CTSH, employees, and clients
- Work with caregivers to ensure timely receipt of all payroll related information, including but not limited to timesheets, telephonic or electronic Clock In and Clock Out times, care notes and other relevant information required to process payroll.
- Coordinate with the Staffing department to Manage Employee Availability and Schedules
- Assist in maintaining Employee Credentials in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
- Participate in On-Call duties after hours/on weekends, as well as the weekend work rotation and other responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, HR, or related field)
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Recruiting, Staffing, or Human Resources; healthcare/home care a plus
- Positive past experience of managing employees is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of hiring compliance; strong attention to detail and data accuracy; HIPAA awareness
- Proficient with ATS/HRIS and productivity tools (Google Workspace); typing 40+ WPM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build trust with diverse candidates
- Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment
- Experience staffing caregivers (CNA/HHA/Companionship/Personal Care) or home health roles
- Being able to type at least 40 WPM, be proficient in Google G‑Suite, Google Chrome and all of Google’s products and the use of PC’s.
- Leadership qualities (high energy level, diplomatic, performance driven, customer service oriented, and ability to lead a team).
