About the Role
The Manager of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the human capital strategy to support the organization's overall business objectives. This position is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role requires developing and implementing policies that foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and retention.
The Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement in workforce effectiveness. Ultimately, this role ensures that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a culture of fairness, diversity, and inclusion.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
- Experience working in a multi-state or national organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
