Desktop Support Technician

As a Desktop Support Technician, you'll be a key member of Psomas' IT team, providing frontline technical support that keeps our day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. You'll support employees with hardware, software, and access needs while delivering excellent customer service to users of all technical backgrounds. This role is essential to maintaining a positive, dependable technology experience across the organization.

• Provide end‑user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and printing issues
• Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and common business applications
• Manage user accounts, including onboarding/offboarding, password resets, MFA, and access support
• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices and assist with inventory tracking
• Document incidents and resolutions in the IT ticketing system
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams on equipment rollouts and employee transitions

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of desktop support or helpdesk experience
• Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic Active Directory tasks
• Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to travel between regional offices and provide occasional after‑hours support
