For the in person interview the individual needs to bring in sample Business Requirement Documents. This is a must.

• Over 5 years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Over 5 years’ experience Writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Excellent communication skills because speaking with the business over the phone

• Support remote Access Users
• Enter moderate to complex changes to databases, subsystems and user-maintained tables that impact reports and interfaces to other systems
• Develop and provide complex adhoc reports and comparisons
• Train and provide guidance to lower level Analysts and peers with less experience on moderate to complex system changes and processes
• Identify opportunities to improve or gain efficiencies within our system applications and/or the department
• Research and resolve moderately complex problems and issues based on documented policies, procedures and standards
• Independently research, report and implement fixes for moderate and complex problems
• Implement temporary solutions to problems when appropriate, and recommend system solutions alternatives
• Assess impact of proposed business solutions on current systems and procedures
• Ability to identify priority issues and determine which issues can be handled within the authority of an Analyst and being able to discern those issues requiring direction from a higher authority
• Gather, analyze/research, and formulate data and process flows for projects with moderate to high levels of complexity
• Write business requirements for moderately complex projects, including the defining of scope and objectives
• Ensure IT understanding of requested modifications of more complex projects, and the accuracy of their technical documents
• Define and document detailed, functional business requirements, including systems scope and objectives for moderately complex projects
• Display detailed knowledge of project management principles and apply Company approved methodology
