Position: Endpoint Services Technician $30 - $34

We’re Hiring:
Endpoint Services Technician

We’re looking for an experienced Endpoint Services Technician to support the deployment, configuration, lifecycle management, and ongoing support of end-user technology across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping technology reliable, secure, organized, and ready for employees to do their best work. The Endpoint Services Technician will manage device provisioning, inventory, endpoint compliance, asset tracking, replacement cycles, and technology deployments across company locations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Coordinate technology setup for new hires, transfers, and role changes
  • Maintain standard device configurations, deployment procedures, and endpoint policies
  • Manage technology assets from procurement through retirement
  • Track asset assignments, warranty status, replacement schedules, recovery, and disposal
  • Monitor endpoint compliance, updates, patches, encryption, antivirus, and security standards
  • Coordinate hardware procurement, warranty claims, vendor support, and refresh planning
  • Provide Tier 2 support for hardware, workstation, peripheral, and endpoint-related issues
  • Support technology refreshes, office moves, deployments, and endpoint-related projects
  • Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, and standard operating procedures
What Success Looks Like:
  • Employees receive reliable, properly configured technology when they need it
  • Endpoint devices are secure, compliant, patched, and accurately tracked
  • Asset records, deployment processes, and lifecycle plans are current and organized
  • Hardware standards and support procedures are consistent across locations
  • Endpoint issues are resolved with strong customer service and clear communication
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of IT support or endpoint management experience
  • Experience deploying and supporting Windows workstations
  • Experience with endpoint management platforms and device administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience managing technology inventory and asset records
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience with mobile device management, MDM
  • Experience supporting multi-site organizations
  • Experience with asset management systems and procurement processes

Location: Santa Ana

Schedule:

7:00am- 4:00pm

Compensation: $30 - $34 DOE
