Key Responsibilities- Analyze logistics data from systems such as TMS, WMS, ERP, and claims platforms
- Identify risk patterns, anomalies, and operational inefficiencies
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and early warning indicators
- Track trends in delays, damages, and service failures
- Support root cause analysis using data modeling techniques
- Prepare reports and present insights to management
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve data systems
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments
- Recommend process improvements based on data findings
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics or operations data analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, data comparison)
- Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with logistics systems (TMS/WMS) and performance metrics
- Ability to work with large datasets and build dashboards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly preferred.
