*** Program Manager
*** to be an early and impactful member of PSA’s growing Partnerships team. This role will focus on supporting and scaling PSA’s strategic partnership with eBay, helping collectors seamlessly authenticate and grade their items across platforms. The Program Manager will play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance the PSA-eBay authentication and grading experience. They will coordinate efforts across product, operations, marketing, finance, and analytics to ensure projects stay on track, performance is monitored, and opportunities become realities.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and passionate about creating great customer experiences through partnerships.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Partner Management
** Serve as a primary point of contact for eBay’s AG team, leading on all partner communication and owning the health, satisfaction, and growth of each relationship
* Lead day-to-day management including cross-functional issue resolution with internal teams including Customer Care, Operations, Accounting, Project Management, and Tech
* Drive program management for global partner implementations
* Cross-Functional Execution
** Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates across internal and external teams
* Anticipate risks, communicate tradeoffs, and keep stakeholders aligned
* Performance & Operations
** Monitor key metrics, synthesize partner feedback, and implement data-driven improvements
* Enable operational excellence:
Identify process gaps, streamline communication, and help establish scalable systems for program tracking and reporting.
* Champion collaboration and visibility:
Communicate program goals, progress, and learnings to executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared ownership across teams.
** Who You Are:
*** 5+ years of experience in partnerships and/or program management, ideally in a consumer technology business
* A strong cross-functional operator who can manage external relationships and internal teams simultaneously
