Information Security Training & Awareness Lead

Are you passionate about cybersecurity awareness, employee engagement, and impactful communications?

We're looking for an Information Security Training & Awareness Lead to join a fast-paced Information Security GRC team. In this role, you'll help strengthen the organization's security culture by translating complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and business-friendly communications while leading security awareness initiatives across the enterprise.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness campaigns and employee communications
• Design and deploy role-based training using LMS platforms and Articulate
• Manage phishing simulations and analyze campaign results
• Track training completion, report compliance metrics, and follow up on outstanding items
• Partner with Information Security, HR, and Corporate Communications teams
• Manage the shared security inbox and respond to employee inquiries
• Plan engaging awareness events, workshops, and Cybersecurity Awareness Month activities

What We're Looking For

• Strong communications and content development experience
• Ability to translate technical security concepts into business-friendly messaging
• Experience with LMS platforms and Articulate
• Familiarity with phishing simulation platforms (such as Hoxhunt) and security awareness programs
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
