The Sr. Data & Reporting Analyst serves as the analytical engine for warehouse operations and logistics cost management. This role is responsible for all points of data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, and report automation. Turning complex enterprise data into clear, actionable business insights, the analyst will develop and publish daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Strong bilingual communication skills are critical, as the targeted audiences for these reports include senior leadership and global headquarters in Korea.

Advanced Data Management & Tools: Mastery of Python, SQL, Access, Excel, and database/ETL process design.

BI Dashboards & Automation: Experience building, maintaining, and automating reports and dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Logistics & SCM System Literacy: Strong hands‑on experience within SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Bilingual Communication (English/Korean): Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interface with multi‑cultural executive levels and HQ.

Data Mining & Analytics: Extract and manipulate data from multiple large‑scale sources to design, implement, and automate enterprise ETL and reporting processes.

KPI & Operational Reporting: Create, maintain, and publish standard and complex ad‑hoc reports (charts, graphs, tables) monitoring warehouse operational metrics, logistics performance, and transportation costs.

Dashboard & Automation Management: Maintain existing dashboards and design automated reporting methods to ensure data accuracy and timely generation (99+% achievement targets).

Business Intelligence Support: Help drive critical business decisions and identify performance improvement opportunities by providing in‑depth quantitative analysis and data‑driven recommendations.

Cross‑Functional

Collaboration:

Interact closely with broad operational teams to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent information sharing through daily/weekly briefings.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related technical field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain environments (5–7 years preferred per Beeline requirements). Proven track record in cost analysis and report automation.

Technical Tools: High proficiency in Python, SQL, MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Tableau, SAP, and WMS. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.

Certifications: Process certifications such as Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO, ITIL, or CMMI are a strong plus.

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to handle highly diverse conditions and execute work assignments independently under minimal supervision.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to tracking data accuracy and delivering objective, simple, and structured presentations of complex data.

Stress & Time Management: Ability to employ effective time management while working under tight time schedules, technical data feedback loops, and language barriers in a multi‑cultural environment.
