System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our corporate team with a dynamic IT Support Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day support, configuration, and maintenance of all the workstations within the company’s infrastructure. You will be supporting users, managing help desk tickets, and assisting the team in supporting critical applications.

• Add, move, or change resources.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues by questioning customers detailedly to identify the heart of the problem.
• Track and maintain support tickets using support desk software.
• Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
• Train and orient staff on use of hardware and software.
• Install and configure applications.
• Monitor and maintain network, desktop, and mobile systems.
• Assist in maintaining systems documentation.
• Create instructional documentation.
• Provide remote desktop support.
• Manage mobile devices.
• Perform server/system updates.

• 2–3 years of experience.
• Highly organized and process‑focused.
