IT Support

Support role responsible for routine end‑user assistance with hardware, software, peripherals, and networking within the enterprise.

• Receive and record support requests regarding hardware, software, peripheral support and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or in person in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Resolve basic issues independently; refer more complex issues to the next level with appropriate urgency and clear documentation.
• Open tickets with 3rd‑party vendors as necessary.
• Onboard and offboard personnel.
• Support IT project work for new deployments and configurations.

• 1–2 years’ experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of networking and printing fundamentals (DHCP, DNS).
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent tasks or projects.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to learn new systems independently.
• Comfortable taking initiative and thinking beyond the immediate request.
• Capable of independent judgment and on‑the‑fly corrections based on new information.
• Low voltage cabling experience is a plus.
