Senior Data & Reporting Analyst (Korean Bi-Lingual)

We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to lead our data mining, extraction, and operational reporting initiatives. In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics data infrastructure, transforming raw data into actionable insights for executive leadership. You will be responsible for developing, automating, and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) that directly influence warehouse operations, logistics, and cost-management strategies.

• Data & Business Analysis:
  Extract, manipulate, and mine data from multiple disparate sources to construct critical business reports.
• Report Automation & Design:
  Architect and automate robust reporting workflows to eliminate manual processes and ensure consistency.
• Dashboard Management:
  Design, deploy, and maintain dynamic dashboards utilizing modern BI tools.
• Operational & Cost Tracking:
  Analyze costs associated with logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations; identify variances and elevate discrepancies.
• Executive Communication:
  Present objective, simplified data visualizations and briefings to senior management and global headquarters teams.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Develop predictive models to support decision-making and uncover performance improvement opportunities across the supply chain.

• Supply Chain Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of dedicated data analysis experience directly within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain environments.
• Advanced Technical Stack:
  High proficiency across data management and visualization tools, specifically: MS Excel & PowerPoint (Advanced formulas, data modeling, and presentation) SQL & MS Access (Complex querying, data extraction, and manipulation) BI Tools (Dashboard design and implementation).
• Systems Proficiency:
  Hands-on, mandatory experience navigating and extracting data from SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Report Automation:
  Demonstrated experience in reporting design, infrastructure automation, and reducing manual data compilation.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• Communication:
  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with all levels of management, including executives, across multi-cultural environments.
• Mindset: A self-starter who can work independently without supervision, manage multiple cyclical projects under tight deadlines, and navigate language or technical barriers smoothly.
