THE OPPORTUNITY

Under the direction of Corporate Application Support management, the Application Access Provisioning Specialist administers system access for employees, vendors, consultants, contractors, and external users, ensuring work is completed accurately and timely in adherence with established policies, procedures, guidelines, and defined service levels. This role also participates in security audits and reviews, system development and implementation projects, bank acquisitions, and training projects as required.

Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Monitor and manage departmental access request queues within the ticketing system.
  • Analyze access requests to ensure each request is appropriate and conforms with established business roles, groups, or profiles.
  • Provision user access requests in a timely manner in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Revoke user access for terminated employees in a timely manner in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Reset user passwords.
  • Create and configure new application profiles and modify existing profiles based on approved business requirements.
  • Work with other IT teams, business units, and vendors to troubleshoot and remediate system access issues.
  • Participate in application development and implementation projects as required.
  • Participate in application security audits by providing artifacts in response to audit requests.
  • Participate in bank acquisition projects as required.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Minimum of 1 year of Help Desk experience or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to assist multiple customers and manage multiple systems and requests.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with IT teams, business units, and vendor partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work after normal business hours as required.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new products, systems, applications, and technologies.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
