Hardware Engineer, Medical Imaging
Troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals throughout the United States

- Part-time commitment requiring travel and flexibility

- Personal vehicle and willingness to use it for job-related assignments up to 3 hours from home

- Minimum 1 year related technical experience required
- 3+ years' experience in a field technical role focused on hardware and software installations preferred
- Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT preferred
- Professional business acumen, including communication and soft skills required
- Comfort with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system
- Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
- Healthcare facility credentialing and required immunizations, including MMR, Varicella, negative TB test, Tdap, Hepatitis B, seasonal influenza, and COVID-19 primary series, as required by facilities
- Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Demonstrates expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and updating medical devices, with a strong focus on hardware and software installations. Possesses the ability to manage project timelines and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals in various settings.
