This is a non-exempt position in salary grade 190:
Min – $40.64 | Mid – $48.55| Max – $56.45/ hour. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.

What You’ll DoAnalyze inventory demand, usage patterns, and stocking requirements to support operational needs
Develop and implement inventory management strategies that promote efficiency and continuous improvement
Monitor cycle counts, conduct audits, and analyze results to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance
Maintain item master data and leverage Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems to optimize inventory performance
Generate and review replenishment recommendations, parts transfers, purchase orders, and inventory reports
Manage federally funded inventory and ensure compliance with applicable funding requirements
Coordinate disposal and retirement of obsolete inventory and equipment assets
Develop reporting tools and dashboards to monitor inventory turnover, stock availability, and critical parts performance
Support system implementation, testing, and process improvement initiatives related to materials management
What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex inventory and operational data Knowledge of inventory control, materials management, supply chain operations, and procurement processes
Experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems or similar inventory management platforms
Ability to identify trends, improve processes, and develop data-driven recommendations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, materials management, or a related field
