Residential Porter; Wed-Mon

Position: Residential Porter (Wed-Mon)

Waste Xperts by Ally Waste - an on‑site waste and recycling facilitator - is looking for a Residential Porter to join their team! We are growing in the Orange County area and welcome experienced and new talent.

Pay Range is $20.50‑$21.50 per hour,
Depending on Experience

Shift: Wednesday‑Monday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm start time;
Personal vehicle use may be a requirement for your route. Valid Drivers License & Adequate Insurance is required

Responsibilities:

• Collect trash from all interior and exterior receptacles and common areas as needed
• Pick up loose trash and debris
• Sweep, vacuum, mop as needed
• Dust and wipe down areas as needed
• Wipe down interior walls and report if repairs/paint are needed
• Maintain exterior/interior entry and tour route as first task daily and chan throughout the day for upkeep
• Clean restrooms to include wiping down all surfaces, mopping, toilets & urinals, disposing of/relining of trash, refilling soap/paper towel receptacles, etc.
• Maintain doggie bag stations by emptying/relining waste receptacles
• Maintain doggie parks where applicable by removing waste left behind and emptying/relining waste receptacles within the enclosure
• Remove and dispose of animal droppings found throughout the property
• Report any damage or leaks in the building to apartment staff and include photo documentation (site plan?)
• Communicate with the Operations team for any additional WX services needed onsite such as waste‑related repairs, pressure washing, waste sorting, etc.
• Take before and after photos as necessary for quality control

Qualifications/

Physical Requirements:

• Available to work Wednesday‑Monday
  8.deserialize 1:00pm
• Valid driver's license (non‑CDL) and clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years or more than 2 minor violations including a handheld device in the last 3 years)
• Must have Two or more consecutive years of driving in the USA.
• Experience providing high attention to detail in the cleaning and-Петербург maintenance of facilities
• Frequently lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work independently to complete daily assignments
• Work well with others in a team environment
• Strong time management skills
