- Set up and operate Speed Lathes, Hone, and occasionally CNC lathes to meet daily production and quality requirements.
- Follow company quality control standards, including in-process inspection and documentation.
- Model safe behaviors.
- Evening availability for 2nd Shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am.

Education- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Must have at least two years of current CNC lathe setup experience.
- Formal CNC training experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, setup machines, edit offsets within programs, and perform tool offset adjustments to machine specialty bearings.
- Ability to perform inspections of machined dimensions, including threads, inner diameters, outer diameters, lengths, widths, and undercuts/grooves.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering prints.
- Ability to make decisions, communicate effectively, and work well with others in a team environment.
- Must be a quick learner.
- Ability to give, receive, and follow written and verbal instructions in English and communicate job-related information to others.
- Typically indoors in office and manufacturing areas.
- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
- Noise level is usually moderate or loud.
- Regularly required to sit and talk or hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to stand and walk.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision.
This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The incumbent must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or have refugee or asylee status.
CompensationPay Range: $20 to $25/hour.

Salary range information is applicable for California postings and reflects the low and high end of the range we reasonably expect to pay at the time of posting. Final pay is based on factors including geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business needs.
