Responsibilities:

* Operate and monitor food manufacturing machinery according to safety and quality standards

* Set up machines before production and perform routine equipment checks

* Monitor the production line for issues and make adjustments as necessary

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area in accordance with GMPs and safety standards

* Accurately complete production logs and quality checks

* Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor

* Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in food manufacturing or a similar industry

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

* Basic math and mechanical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices

* Forklift certification a plus
