We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our team at our Riverside warehouse. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will support warehouse, shipping, and administrative operations by coordinating material movement, processing documentation through the plant MRP system, and ensuring timely and accurate communication across departments.

  8AM – 4:30PM
• Weekend availability:
  Based on production needs

• Hourly Pay Range: $20 – $24

• Coordinate and process material and finished‑goods movement using the plant MRP system
• Schedule and support inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely customer service
• Prepare reports, documents, labels, and shipping materials to support warehouse accuracy
• Provide administrative support including reception coverage, mail distribution, and supply ordering
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, plant, and inventory teams to support shipping and receiving operations
  
  Maintain accurate inventory records and support timely adjustments with inventory control
• Uphold food safety, quality, legality, and housekeeping standards across assigned work areas

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn and use SAP or similar MRP systems
• Ability to perform administrative and warehouse‑related tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse administration
• SAP experience
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar regulated environments
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
