Position Summary
Fastener assembly operators work and safely operate/attend basic 2-5 component assembly machines to assemble a single fastener component. They will demonstrate competencies in basic shop math, basic print reading, and mechanical aptitude, a basic understanding of assembly components, including form and function, and lube function for performance.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
- Basic Loading/Unloading Product (Delivering Product)
- In-Process Inspection
- Visual Management of Machine
- Production Paperwork/Operation Audit
- The ability to read and write English.
- Basic Print Reading
- Basic Shop Math
- Basic Inspection Processes (Tools & Measurements)
- Basic Understanding of Machine Function
- Communication Skills
For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $19.50 to $23.00 USD hourly based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at a quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year, 10 paid holidays, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
Employees may also enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
