Laser and Break Press Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Laser and Brake Press Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time role is ideal for a skilled metal fabrication professional with hands‑on experience operating fiber laser equipment, brake press machinery, punch press equipment, and precision measuring tools.

• Operate Amada and Bystronic fiber laser machines, including programming machines as required.
• Review work orders, samples, drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions to produce accurate metal parts.
• Operate fiber laser, punch press, and brake press equipment in a metal fabrication production environment.
• Lead and support machine operators by assigning work, communicating priorities, and helping resolve production issues.
• Monitor part quality throughout production and identify parts requiring inspection as part of the quality control process.
• Load automatic feeders, update travelers, enter job information into systems, troubleshoot machine issues, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Pay: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour.

  Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with overtime and Saturdays as needed.
