We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electric Motor Winder with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on copper winding experience in a motor repair shop. This is a true industrial winding position—not automotive or small‑engine repair.
Responsibilities- Rewind, repair, and rebuild AC/DC electric motors, stators, armatures, and field coils
- Strip motors, record winding data, and manufacture/install new copper windings
- Read winding diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform insulation, brazing/soldering, testing, and final assembly
- Use electrical testing equipment to verify motor integrity
- 3–5+ years of industrial electric motor winding experience required
- Proven experience with copper coil winding (random and/or form coil)
- Ability to read winding diagrams and electrical blueprints
- Experience testing and repairing industrial electric motors
