We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team in Santa Ana. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, market research, and brand positioning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and create data-informed marketing solutions that elevate client success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and marketing content
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to improve effectiveness
- Support the execution of product launches and trade show participation
- Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all communication channels
- Coordinate with design, sales, and product development teams to align marketing efforts
- Prepare regular reports on campaign ROI and key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or strategic planning role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
