We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a strong sense of creativity and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate marketing events, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and budgets
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
- Support internal teams with marketing collateral and campaign updates
- Prepare performance reports and assist with campaign analysis
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and materials
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
