Quality Assurance Technician
AtWork has partnered with a leading food manufacturer located in Santa Ana. They are looking for skilled Quality Assurance Technicians to join their team.
What You Will Be Doing:- Complete quality and food safety documentation accurately
- Assist in audits and inspections
- Monitor product quality and adherence to GMPs on the production floor
- Visually inspect and approve products before shipment
- Perform basic product testing for quality checks
- Ensure packaging and labeling meet standards
- Investigate and report on any quality issues
- Train production staff on quality standards and food safety practices
- Have at least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience in food, cosmetics, or chemicals
- Be familiar with food safety standards like HACCP or SQF
