Job DescriptionA Southern California manufacturer supporting aerospace and defense programs is hiring a Final Inspector with direct bare board PCB inspection experience
. This role focuses on final visual inspection of printed circuit boards to confirm compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Perform final visual inspection of bare board PCBs after completion of all manufacturing processes
- Review travelers and standard operating procedures to confirm lot numbers, panel quantities, and completion of prior operations
- Inspect holes, thickness, markings, and conductive patterns using inspection equipment
- Verify products meet order specifications and quality standards
- Identify defects or non-conformances and report findings to the team lead
- Stamp and date travelers and inspection documentation
- Support additional inspection or quality tasks as required
- Direct experience performing final inspection of PCB bare boards
- Knowledge of flex and rigid-flex printed circuits
- Familiarity with industry standards such as:
- IPC-6012
- IPC-6013
- IPC-610
- J-STD
- MIL-STD P-55110, P-50884, P-31032
- Ability to identify PCB defects during visual inspection
- Ability to read travelers, blueprints, SOPs, and technical documentation in English
- Willingness to work overtime when production requires
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Overtime and Weekends as required
$18 - $25 USD
