Job Title:

Polisher

Shift & Pay: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $21/hour

Overview:

Bring your skills to our team as a Polisher! You’ll apply the final high-end finishes to raw metal faucets and fixtures prior to coating, ensuring every product meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate large polishing lathes, buffing machines, and sandblasters
• Grind and smooth surfaces using chisels and scrapers as needed
• Inspect components under bright lights to detect micro-flaws or cracks
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a minimum 1 year of production experience (high-end metal polishing experience preferred)
• Willingness to wear PPE (dust mask, eye and foot protection)
• Monolingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply
