About the Opportunity:The QATechnicianpreparesdocumentation andconductsmeasurements toensure thatcustomerrequirements and specifications are metbeforepertinentdocumentsare released to customers.
The QATechnicianuses all available software applications to prepare and tosubmit
First Article Inspection Reports internally and externally.
- Develops and implements AS9102 process improvements to achieve efficiency and quality
- Analyze customer blueprints and correlate requirements to physical product specifications.
- Assistinidentifyingand resolving non-conformancesthrough data collection.
- Generate AS
9102documentation; performsrelatedmeasurement/testing. - Generate Routing and Drilling Dimension First Articles.
- Coordinate with multiple departments and usein-house tracking system tomonitorworkflowresulting from customer issues or changes.
- Inspect paperwork and dimensions to ensure that all requirements and specifications are met before releasingpaperworkto customers.
- IPC CIS/CIT training in J-STD-001, IPC-A-600/610, IPC-6012
- Working knowledgeofhardware components
- Abilityto read and interpret customer drawings, specifications, and schematics
- Working knowledge of First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.(AS9102)
- Ability to use measurement and inspection tools such as CMM, Microscopes and handheld measurement tools.
- Proficient with Office 365 and web portals
- Excellent communication skills
- High levelof attention to detail,organization,and accuracy
- High ethical and confidentiality standards
- High technical capacity
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience (Preferred)
- 1 - 2 years of Quality Inspection experience
- Monday - Friday
- Overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Full-Time;

California Pay Range
$21—$26 USD
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
