Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and solve problems, guiding others as needed.;
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing MIC routines, maintaining food safety, order accuracy, and resolving complaints.;
Maintain team standards: complete shift tasks, ensure neat appearance, punctual attendance, and accurate timekeeping.;

Assist RGM with P&L responsibilities, inventory, labor management, and facility health and safety; oversee product preparation and holding times.
