Overview
Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores is a national retailer primarily focused on selling home appliances, hardware, tools and lawn and garden equipment. We operate through two segments - the Sears Hometown and Hardware segment and the Sears Outlet segment.
Responsibilities- Prepare merchandise into saleable, functioning condition through inspection, testing and repair.
- Perform cosmetic repairs on appliances and other merchandise.
- Work directly with a team of hourly associates.
- Abide by the Code of Business Conduct and overall business practices with the highest level of integrity.
- Maintain day, evening and weekend availability to work.
- Repair and assembly experience preferred
