Starting Wage: $17.00–$19.00 (productivity‑based increases up to $5.00)

- Minimum age 18 years
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work preferred (no inventory experience required – training provided)
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or counting tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Open to candidates with no degree, those returning to work, and military experience
- Access to reliable transportation
- Qualified candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered per LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act
- Ability to work varied traditional and non‑traditional hours, including flexible schedules
- Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
- Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form
- Build partnerships and instill trust based on demonstrated expertise
- Take initiative to suggest new approaches improving quality and quantity of performance
- Operate with reliable transportation, flexible schedules, and occasional travel
The position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, squatting, kneeling, crouching, use of ladder, lifting/carrying items up to 25 lbs., occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
