We are looking for a Senior Corporate Allocations Analyst to join our Corporate Finance & Strategy team. This role will be a critical operational backbone of the Corporate F&S function owning key pieces of our allocation, forecasting, and planning cycles, and supporting cross-functional reporting and systems work that keeps the team running smoothly. You will work closely with the Director of Corporate Finance & Strategy and partner across the broader Finance team.

You'll report to the Director, Corporate Finance & Strategy and work from our Santa Ana, CA corporate headquarters or remote, in San Francisco, CA. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

What You'll Do:
  • Allocations Prepare and execute the quarterly allocation process – assemble the driver data, run the calculations, and tie allocated totals back to the source cost pools so nothing is double-counted or dropped
  • Document each cycle's methodology, bases, and results so allocations are reproducible, auditable, and consistently applied period over period
  • Support the Corp F&S Manager in explaining allocated costs to the teams that receive them, and in walking a function leader through why their allocation changed
  • Support quarterly forecast allocations, and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve the precision of the process in Adaptive Forecasting & Planning
  • Own quarterly forecasting process coordination – manage the forecasting calendar, Adaptive data loads, topsides tracking, QC, and preparation of management summaries
  • Support our planning cycles, including AOP, LRP and our quarterly planning cycles
  • Support quarterly pacing model maintenance, ensuring models are kept current and accurate throughout the period
  • Support cash flow forecasting with data gathering, model inputs, and reporting preparation
  • Assist with board materials and executive reporting – owning the operational/data-assembly components of quarterly board decks and board books
  • Headcount Reporting & Planning Own headcount reporting – maintain accurate HC data, produce regular reports, and partner with HR/HRIS to ensure data integrity
  • Reconcile headcount plan, approved requisitions, and actuals each cycle, flagging variances and start-date timing that affect the forecast
  • Support HRIS/Workday data needs in partnership with the Corp F&S Manager
Who You Are:
  • 2–4 years of FP&A, investment banking, investing, consulting, finance operations, or accounting experience, ideally in a high-growth or multi-entity environment
  • Strong working knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes – close cycles, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) strongly preferred
  • Comfortable building with an AI-first mindset, while also working in financial systems and tools (e.g., Net Suite, Workday); quick to learn new platforms
